Always good company and will be missed from our regular get togethers.
I have some wonderful memories of Ian, especially through our teenage years - coming out to collect us from several late night parties at goodness knows what time! The tributes read at the funeral and the photos in the order of service and on the big screen were such a powerful reflection of how much love, care and good fun he had for and with his family and friends. We are thinking of you all xx
So Sadly missed, much love and strength to all the family. Deb and Clive.

A brave and profoundly loving man. We all 'virtually' wrap our arms around your beautiful family in your loss. Xx
Dear Uncle Ian, Thank you for all the wonderful memories you gave to Milly and I. We shared some fabulous holidays together, it was such a special part of my childhood. We would spend hours and hours jumping diving and ducking each other. Meanwhile Aunty Linds and Dad sat by the pool and were thankful they didn’t have to join in water activities! Thank you for teaching me all about Country Music especially Shania Twain ! I will never forget the love you and Linds showed to my parents after we lost Milly. Thank you for being the best friends they could ever ask for. Lots of Love Gemsie xxxx
Thinking of you all xx
Uncle Ian, Thank you for giving me a catalogue of happy childhood memories growing up. I’m sorry that life (too many kids!) and distance got in the way of us seeing you more often. You were truly one of a kind. Good night, God bless. Love always xx
Dear Ian , Thank you for 42 years of friendship , love , support , kindness and unforgettable memories . The adventures we shared as families and the many hours of laughing and teasing . You will stay in our hearts forever . You were ‘simply the best’ friend we could have asked for . With fondest love from Sal (DBT) & Bob xxxx
I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Ian but I know from Laura that he was very loved and will be deeply missed. Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Xx
